Custom Pipe Machine

 Here are two of the three cabinets that we built for Deep Flex. 

The machine was a prototype for a pipe machine so we can't show you any machine pictures. However, we can say that the system controlled from an operator's house (below), provided by AIM Controls.  This machine is coordinated with a plastic extruder to control the winding speed in proportion to the speed of the extruded pipe.

We also designed a computer based system which controlled a PLC Direct controller. The computer had custom recipe software designed and created by our software guru, Royce Mitchell, III.

The controls were operated from the control house and could be over-ridden by the use of a local touch-screen operator's station.
