Special Test Rigs for Testing Circuit Boards

Our engineers needed a way to test circuit boards for an old Wer ES300 RG DC drive. We located an old rack then created a power bridge with a shunt for current feedback. After tieing all of these components together, we were able to effectively test under load all of our customer's circuit board. This is a much more effective test than just bench testing which could miss some defects.

Our technician is now testing one of the customer's circuit boards. The drive is set up to run a DC motor, allowing for dynamic testing of all components, as well as set up of such crucial regenerative drives functions such as "crossover."
