These controls were designed to allow operators to control movement of pipe to be coated in a new process. The controls handled the pipe conveyor, the coating delivery system and the haul-off system.

We used EMS G5 Vector drives and motors to handle this process. The line speed was set on the master drive which then was sent to all other drives through two master reference boards.

We also built the custom operator's station, to the bottom left.
